Supervisor Building Construction (Senior)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and read the building specifications.
• Supervise and approve the work methods.
• Control and report the building construction progress.
• Warn the building contractor in terms of the building construction time plan.
• Give several suggestions to the building construction in terms of the design improvement. 
• Responsible and check the building construction before the payment execution. 

Requirements 

• Age max 30 years old.
• Min. D3 from Civil Engineer with 5 years experiences or Bachelor in Civil Engineer with 2-3 years experiences.
• Has experience in supervising the factory building construction.
• Has knowledge in Basic Architect Structure.
• Master in AutoCAD/ArchiCAD and Microsoft Project
• Able to read the blue prints of the building.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Ciawi

Mechanical Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the performance, qualification, and installation of the electrical instruments.
• Give the electrical instrument training for the electrical technician.
• Operate and evaluate the electrical instruments.
• Create, implement and review the maintenance program schedule.
• Create the maintenance electrical instrument budget. 

Requirements

• Age max 30 years old.
• Min. S1 from Electrical Instrument Industry with 3 years experiences.
• Has knowledge about the utility machines.
• Able to read schematic/Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (PID).
• Master in Programmable Logic Control (PLC), instrument calibration, electricity distribution and AutoCAD.
• Master in boiler, water system or compressor.
• Has knowledge in maintenance technique program especially for production machines.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Ciawi.
